This 42-unit multifamily project at 4020 Red Bluff involved a full-scale renovation and repositioning of an existing structure into modern residential units.



The scope included demolition, structural modifications, new framing, complete MEP systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), fire protection upgrades, and full interior and exterior finishes. Site improvements included ADA upgrades, drainage work, landscaping, and parking enhancements.



The project was executed with a focus on cost control, efficient coordination across trades, and delivering a durable, high-performing multifamily asset.
